bid retractions from bidder with multiple user names

After retracting multiple bids, I blocked a user from continuing to bid. Then they came back again as a different user - same name with a different number at the end.  Since it was obviously the same person I blocked them too.

Then the same day as I blocked them, within a few hours, a new bidder with zero history that had created an account that very day made the same bid as the first user. I’m reasonably sure that this is the same person operating with 3 user names.

Should I cut his bid and block him yet again? Or am I overreaching?

As a seller, you have the right to block any bidder, anytime, for any reason. Who you block and why you block them is totally up to you.

Thanks for the support. It's just my gut - I can't prove it. But a bidder that retracts multiple times seems like one that is likely not to pay if he does win.
