Do not give out your password to some one calling you as most will be trying to scam you now that you posted your phone number on a board that thousands read.;

This is not contact eBay it is a open board and a user to user system.

Likely you will never find your way back to this thread, but just in case:

You are "below standard" because you are not meeting the requirements to be "above standard".

As another posted your "seller dashboard" will show where you are low.

transaction defect rate  &  cases closed without seller resolution are critical areas
