jan 29 i fell and fracture my leg was hospitalize for surgery had already sold a couple of items that day contacted the buyers told them what had happen and was refunding the money now i know i shod of ask them to cancel order then refunded refunded i selected out of stock which was a mistake. recover from broken leg open store up that i had closed and broke my back in hospital again in all i cancel and refunded 7 sales as out of stock. I'm back on my feet try to contest 2 o the last sales and explain what happen in email and was told nothing they could do about it. as you know my sales have drop to nothing i had been top rated. what can i do try to call customer service number said it was for fraud only i have 7 defects out of 175 sales wicth they say is 4% not a high volume seller would take forever to recover. thanks ken

I'm not sure what you are expecting eBay to do. You have 4 Negatives and a Neutral, unrelated to your injuries, that indicate that you have had previous issues with your account. At this point all you can is make sure that all of your sales are problem free.

I'm really sorry for your troubles..
I hope you've healed up from your injuries..
Unfortunately, there isn't anything in place for eBay to remove these types of defects..
Out of stock options are really frowned upon by eBay as it disappoints the buyer..
As stated the best you can do is work with what you have, make sure every sale is perfect.

You can possibly message the customers and if they are willing to you can allow them to give new feedback overriding the negative. There may be multiple issues here just thought I could jump in on this point.
