Did you mean:

below standard

I have a better selling profit than ever before and I have been labeled below standard for months. I do not understand why Ebay is so difficult to del with I have been selling since 2003 I am not new but Ebay is getting worse every year, I am being charged additional fee percentage because of this, it states that I have cancellations that is because buyers have asked me to cancel but yet I am labeled as out of stock why it shows like that I do not know I have excellent sales and excellent feedback and now they are threatening to not let me sale or limited search on my items this is rediculous and unfair

Better be careful or it could cost you your account.

When a buyer asks you to cancel what reason are you using?

Re: below standard

When you process a cancellation you must pick the reason for doing so.  If you were asked by a buyer to cancel, then you choose that reason.  If you have out of stock  defects, then you must have chosen that as the reason to cancel.

When you cancel a transaction, you have to be very careful about the reason you choose.  "Out of stock" will get you a defect point that can lead to "Below standard," but choosing "Buyer request" will not get you a defect point.  If you have buyers' messages or other documentation that can prove that any of your defect points were unwarranted, you should pursue that.
