USPS new rates commencing Jan 2019

Now that USPS is doing away with the 3 tiered structure and making CommBase and CommBasePlus the same rates, what incentive is ebay going to offer TRS who have up to now received a larger discount (albeit not that much) on postal rates? Anyone?

Hi-- It is almost 1:00 A.M. 11-18-2018. I can't sleep and I checked my eBay account. Message from eBay that an item I sold 11-15-2018 and shipped 11-16-2018 is being "cancelled" as an unauthorized transaction. It is a weekend, of course. No eBay help...
