Twice in the last week I've had two items with bids end up not selling. But no one has told anyone retracted a bid and I don't know if or how to look it up. I don't want to sell to someone who retracted a bid. Should I have been advised of this?

Question regarding non paying buyers

If you have a non paying buyer and after 5 days you select to cancel the transaction due to non payment can the buyer still leave you negative feedback in retaliation?
