Why don't my items have any views?

Listed an item last night, zero views. Not even showing up in a search.Listed another item a few hours ago, no views. What gives?

eBay keeps telling me I can now "cashout my payout to a debit card for a fee" but I do not see that.

So now I guess for a fee you can transfer your payouts to your debit card.Not sure if this is a pilot program, only available to certain sellers, etc.But I've checked in my account and see no option for it.

Charged twice after bidder failed to pay
