Posting on the community forums does nothing to improve your eBay standings. Selling on eBay and asking questions here have nothing to do with each other. Until things change (they may be in the works), you have no way to receive payment legally. If someone is telling people that posting here helps, it does not and word needs to be put out to others. Hope things change at some point for sellers in your country.
