I have a buyer from the UK interested in an item. I use GSP for all Int'l sales and never receive questions about pricing because it seems to default to GSP. This buyer keeps getting the following message:

ask seller for a postage quote

I don't know why this is happening but on Etsy I received notice of changes starting on July 1st. I haven't seen anything on eBay and not sure where to look. Did a search of this forum but nothing comes up in search. Advice?....

Maybe edit the listing and offer ebay international standard shipping

I've used this since its inception with just 2 situations and I was refunded for the item within 24 hours (it includes an automatic $100 insurance)
