I'm trying to make some new listings and no matter what, my images won't upload and i get a CLERR002 error. is anyone else experiencing this or just me? I hope this is temporary!

Using SixBit and just had to re-upload over 50% of the listings I submitted this morning due to NO images displayed.
Apparently eBay has a BROKEN image server ... AGAIN.
The three things you can ALWAYS count on ...
Death, Taxes and *something* on eBay is broken.

I've seeing more (than normal) listings without any photos and listings with blank spaces between photos. I wondered why. I presume there's a correlation.

There have been several threads on this recently. You can search this Board under photos if you care to see them.

Yes. Mac new operating systemnew with the bug fixes is Catalina 10.15. It has overwhelmed eBay. They did not make any adjustments on their end to accept photos sent with Macs with the operating system. I am the phone to them now. They don't have a clue. They are "working on it" . Nice high tech operation !!!

Uh oh.
I just installed Catalina 10.15 this morning.
I did a couple new listings this afternoon and things looked okay with the photos, but I'd better do some checking...
It doesn't surprise me that eBay software might not be prepared for a new Mac OS. Just a glance at the can of snakes that is the new Item Specifics roll-out in clothing categories gives one a clue about eBay software development and maintenance. Has eBay, in living memory, ever rolled out a significant new feature or big update without making a hash of it?
Thanks for the information!
