Has anyone else noticed that lately it take FOREVER to get Site Preferences to come up or apply changes? And 9/10 times instead of applying the changes you get the "not you, it's us" error message?

I just took OOS off the 2 IDs I was using it on as I noticed that when you decided to 'end' the live "OOS" listing ebay in their infinite wisdom notates it as "ended by seller" rather than "sold".

How do I contact the bidders after discovering a defect in my item? (before auction ends) I hadn't mentioned the defect because I just found it a minute ago! I just want to be fair and not have a return for item not as described. Thanks.

Is there a way to bulk edit scheduled listings? All I want to do is add a line of text to the bottom. I know you can do it on live listings but I don't see a way to do it on scheduled ones.
