it took me 20 tries to open seller hub. now that it is open I can print labels and ship next item does work but if I try to open a separate page to open seller hub in it won't open. a page I already had open with active listings works fine and searching eBay works but seller hub will not open

I went into eBay Chat and they responded with this:

"Currently we’re fully aware of the technical issue specially on the seller hub and our IT engineer already trying to solve the problem as soon as possible even thought we we’re lacking manpower right now kindly accept our apologies for this inconvenience."

I was able to ship things by going to My eBay Summary. Way at the bottom I found Selling and clicked on All Selling. From there is tells me what I need to ship and lets me print labels.

@tulipsandteacups If you go to the thread on the Technical Issues board you'll see some work-arounds for getting your work done without the Hub.

I found a temporary work around to ship items this morning. If you have used the bulk shipping tool in the past few days, go to your email, find one from eBay that says "Your eBay labels are ready", open it and click the link "Shipping Labels Page." Once the labels page loads, at the top you should see the menu items. Hover over "Orders" and click "awaiting shipment."

Doing this, I was able to print and ship my items.

You can also use this path to see your payments, listings, list items, and several other things you would normally go to through seller hub.

Yes! I did find a way around this issue. Top right of my screen, I go into My Ebay and click on selling. That takes me to a different looking seller hub but does give me the option of awaiting shipment under orders. Whew!! Good luck everyone and stay well!! 🙂

Yes, Seller Hub is being a pain this morning. I need to get to my unsold listings to relist and not working. I think you can ship from your sold items emails also and will take you to shipping which hopefully is working.
