I'm not a new seller but it looks like more changes have been
made to our selling pages.
I just noticed I've got some very iffy Countries that I ship to,
I thought years ago that I excluded every place but the Continental
US.
My question how do I find the right place to exclude these Countries.
Thank you in advance.

Looks like shipping international option in your listings was with eBay International Shipping (eIS)
With eIS, iffy is not a concern.
With eIS you ship to the eBay hub. Once received there eBay takes over with the rest of the shipping and handles any issues from that point.
I excluded "international shipping" until eIS came into the picture. Pretty much a win win for the seller. I have had sales that would otherwise not have been made. Ship to the hub, and done.

Thank you for the information,
I gave up international years ago,
too many problems with the buyers.
