Ebay has said I can add a URL (I have a lengthy inventory list I would like to offer interested buyers on a large collection 1000+ pcs)...IF I can figure out how to get my PDF file into a URL...I still do not how to add it to my listing. Anyone?? Thanks...Laurie

If you are not selling all the 1000's pieces as a single lot, you can not do this. You will need to list either individually, in smaller lots, or possibly using variation listings for related items.

@rfmtm The OP is selling as an entire huge lot.
@pipeye How many pages is the pdf file? Could you open it on your computer and scroll though it while filming it on video? If you can keep the video below one minute in length, you could add it as a video to your photo gallery...I'm guessing buyers could pause it to read each page.

Just put the list in the description.
If you've already sold some of items pictured, you need new photos showing what is included in the listing.

I can say the listing you have up is just trouble waiting to happen for you.

Agreed.
- "I will try to remember what we have."
- "Although I can remove a few key pieces to reduce the price for buyer"
- " will add to my list as I find things or remember what else we may still have"
- "The photos shown are a representation of SOME of the collection"
- "HOWEVER We have sold quite a few items"
- "the pictures will include items no longer available"
IMHO the OP needs to take the time to itemize.

And retake any/all pictures that have "sold" items in them.
If there are smaller collections within this large one, try removing those and selling separately maybe?
