why do ebay wait until they money for you before they asked you to update info.  its like if you cant update, they'll be in a position to hold your money.  why not ask for updates between sales and transactions

It is always in the best interest of a new seller to know what the requirements are for getting your money.  You should fully understand it BEFORE listing anything.
