No one in this forum can help you with your account suspension. If eBay suspended you indefinitely that means forever. Sorry.

Based on a feedback, you canceled a sale because the buyer did not immediately pay after you sent them an invoice. It does not work that way. Buyer has four days to pay. And you can't just be canceling orders because you have a "feeling" the buyer is out to scam you. Buyer pays, you ship. Every time you cancel an order you get a defect and it seems you have canceled several orders. Not good. Also, every time eBay has to step in to settle a dispute, you get a defect. It would seem you have lots of defects which makes it next to impossible for you to get your account reinstated.

You need to give us more information. The emails Ebay sent you had more information in them and likely instructions on what you needed to do. Please post the body of the emails into a post so we can help you figure out what your next move should be. Make sure you black out any personal info.

@bobmary So sorry this happened to you.
Have you tried reaching out to eBay’s customer service reps at eBay’s social media pages at Facebook and X (formerly known as Twitter)? It’s worth a shot. Send a private and brief message oytlining your concern.
it sounds like you did not have a complete understanding of how eBay works. Did you jump into selling without reading the UA and other policies that govern the site?
You wrote some unflattering, critical things about eBay ripping you off in your About Me page and Feedback that could come back to haunt you in any reinstatement inquiry. The fees and fund holding policies are clearly defined upfront for every seller’s illumination. But you must make the effort to learn them.
Plus, if your accusations are true, why would you wish to return to a platform you believe to be operating at cross purposes to you?
My ardent suggestion is to find another venue to sell on—but please do not risk your gold coins in the liability-laden online selling arenas. There is far too much risk involved, particularly for you. Concerns about getting defrauded appear to be what brought about your downfall to begin with. One needs a high tolerance for risk in order to sell gold successfully online.
At another venue, you will still be subject to learning the rules of selling, which you did not fully do with eBay. Perhaps the other poster is correct, that you’d be best off at a reputable dealer.
Whatever yo decide, good luck and wish you all the best.
