my account is restricted.
I have not knowingly done anything wrong. but my account is restricted. can I get my account back ? and how can I get it ?

What does the email from ebay say? quote it exactly. A restriction is not the same as a suspension, so we need to see what it says........

Hi-
Did you link your bank account to Payoneer? Did you register your account with your country of Sri Lanka as a business? Did you retain a business license from your country? Did Ebay send you an email saying that you are approved? If not, this is what you need to do.
It can take weeks to be approved from Ebay. You cannot just decide you want to sell something and then try to sell it. There are requirements and protocols for all sellers.
See if my suggestions can help you. Complete all of it and soon you'll be ready to sell.

I got permission to sell from eBay And I sold a few items But now my account is restricted

They're not going to tell you the reason because it doesn't matter since it was a reason that caused an immediate suspension. You must have been drop shipping from China, The Counterfeit Capitol of the World, and items were out of stock or they were counterfeit name brand items. Or you could have been violating the duplicate listing policy I see a lot of new Sri Lankans violate, or perhaps you listed items before eBay sent you an email saying you're all set to sell. Maybe you made a listing and said you only accept Payoneer or you only accept PayPal. Maybe you were offering International shipping before 90 days and having 10 feedbacks for selling. All of those reasons can get you canned.

Communicate with ebay. If u didnt do wrong thing u can get your account back.

It doesn't work that way. They already did that and eBay made a final ruling. OP is not "getting their account back".
