I have not received any complaints from customers, but my account has been restriction, Ebay asked me to provide purchase documents or commercial invoices for the products I sold. I am just helping my friend sell products and I have just started selling products. I explained to the customer service but the problem was not solved. Can anyone give me some suggestions or ways to solve the problem? This has made me lose interest and confidence in selling products on the platform.

You're selling a lot of brand new Nike shoes..
You mean you have no receipts or invoices from your supplier?
You will likely have to supply those to get reinstated.

You were selling multiple sizes of Nike brands shoes for a friend? eBay wants to be sure you aren't selling stolen goods. That is the reason they want to see receipts for the items you are selling.
I wouldn't be surprised if other online venues for selling are doing the same.

Don't sell for a friend. It's a good way to lose a friend.
However.
Tell your friend to give you the receipts for their purchases.
If they can't, accept that you will never be able to sell on eBay again, under any name.
Which is another reason not to sell for a friend.
Oh, btw, you will be expected to declare any eBay income from your sales, for your friend, and pay income tax on that income.
Your "friend" doesn't.
Are you sure they are really a "friend"?

Why didn't your friend sell the shoes?
You're going to have to provide invoices showing the shoes were legally purchased.

FYI Account restrictions are not based on complaints from customers.

And if you and your friend have ever shared Wi-Fi, your friend might get restricted, too.

There are two issues associated with Nike - stolen goods and counterfeit product. Both are dealt with by requests for invoices.
The risks of stolen or counterfeit product represents more money to Ebay than you and your friend are worth to them.
Automated criteria are used to determine who is asked for invoices. You cannot contact anyone who can override the bots.

The only way to solve this is to provide the receipts. Nike shoes raised the red flag. BTW, you need the receipts, too....otherwise you will be paying income tax on the net profits of the shoes, you'd like to have the shoe's costs to go against that.
You will find the same issues elsewhere, a lot of info disclosure is required by the INFORM Consumer Act that eBay must now comply with

You have no way of knowing if buyers filed complaints about your account. Leaving feedback is not filing a complaint with Ebay, it is a complaint directly with you. But buyers can also go directly to Ebay and file a complaint and they don't tell you about that.
Also Ebay does not restrict an account without reason. You may not agree with them, but there is a reason. Usually in the email they sent you telling you of your restriction, there is a reason, so you may want to review that again.

For all we know, Nike could have filed a complaint....doubt they did, but if they don't agree with who and what is being sold with their trademark shoes, they very well could....and they have a pretty big hammer, too

@goldfish2017 : Your listings would trigger more red flags than a Korean Army parade. You are selling Nike and New Balance shoes in a full range of sizes and have no paperwork to show Ebay where they came from? Saying that you are 'just helping my friend sell products' -- THOSE products especially -- gives Ebay the idea that they are stolen. It is up to you to prove to Ebay that they are not stolen. Good luck.

Lots of brand new Nikes in multiple sizes.......
Where did your friend acquire all these brand new Nikes from?

Order cancelled IS a buyer complaint!!!! YOU are making buyers lose interest on buying on ebay. PROVIDE eBay the documents for the items you are selling. Simple.
