yes it is automatically updated because i have use ebay global shipping service so it is already updated and uploaded on orders.

But the ebay is not listening nor understanding, no matter how many emails I have sent but no result has come till now.

I've read several threads about several different sellers being involved in this and I feel like the way eBay is implementing the policy change is overly punitive for many sellers.
I completely agree with you that the sell has become too hard for many sellers and very little is the seller's fault.
I understand what eBay is trying to do, but they are hurting some good sellers along the way and not giving them a way out. Just my opinion on what it's worth.
Only good sellers are trapped in this whole scenario, because the sellers who are doing bad work don't care about all this anyway.
ebay do this regularly and continuously then ebay will loose many good sellers from their platform because now many players come in international market such as walmart and amazon and all good sellers shift on these platforms ,and i have said this because i have talked to many sellers in india and they face same problems from ebay now they close their ebay account and shift on walmart,amazon etc.

yes dear i am always update tracking and i am use ebay global shipping so tracking is automated updated.

EBay wants you to actively add that Proof of Delivery.
If you don't you lose.
When the Claim was opened did you add the Proof of Delivery, or did you think that eBay would do it for you?
Because it won't, it didn't , you didn't and you lost.

Yes, I add proof of delivery and I don't think at all that eBay will do that for me and i don't need this.
