Virtually every poster who volunteers their time on the Selling forum is here to help, and with some degree of openness from the original author of a thread, the process is usually successful. Without it, however, the conversation is reduced to a mere exercise in trading insults. That is not what the forum is about.
Noted your agate bath set listing has not been updated yet. It still states you are not shipping the set; instead in its place the listing states the buyer can only collect the item in person with Local Pickup Only. (See the mobile screenshot below for how the shopper currently views the listing on a smartphone.)
It is your right of course to accept or reject the answers given in response to your request for help, but hope you will enable the change on this listing. No one in a place 10,000 miles away can make a realistic purchase from such a listing. As it is, it is preventing sales, not furthering them.
In conclusion, if we can readily acknowledge that this thread may already be operating at a disadvantage, perhaps can end on a high note: It can be difficult to infer a tone from the written word, in addition to navigating complications from possible cultural and language barriers.
