ZERO VIEWS ... I mean NONE on ALL my Listings???????

I just logged on and decided to check the Watcher and View count on several items ... imagine my surprise when I went down through ALL 407 Active Listings and not a single one had any Views .... none, zero, zip, zilch ... 

... not sure if this is just a display glitch or reality ...

Yes, others have been talking about a possible views glitch.

It looks like  ebay is going to owe you quite a bit of money.    😉

My guess: just a reporting glitch. I'm not worrying about it.

I suspect they are messing with the site again gearing up for Cyber Monday ... last week I was talking to another Seller who had spoken to Home Office about how poorly PLS was performing, and the rep told them that they (eBay) was doing something to PLA (that's the Advanced campaign where members pre-pay their AD fees to compete for the top spots in returned searches).

Here's an eBay item number for a Pyrex mixing bowl ... if any of you would care to View I can then see if the Views are registered.  334590327456

It happen to me also. I was looking at my listings today and they  all had zero views. I have notice these happening before, that one day one item has 53 views and a day later has 49.

@inhawaii   Thank you, no View was recorded, still showing ZERO.  Yellow is the only color I have in the 404 size.

Yep. All views gone. There are 4 pages on "ask the community" of all views being gone. Some from last night. This is getting ridiculous the way Ebay is messing with things. My watchers and bids are still there, thank goodness! I'm sure it's a display glitch, but this is getting old, every day is something new that's wrong.

@mr_lincoln The issues lately are insane. My quantities are constantly messed up, changing my return policy, last week one day I woke to 28 less listings than the night before. I only sold 3 items overnight, none in ended, where did they go and what were they?

My wife sold a book and a week later noticed the same book was still in active listings. It's a mess.

Hey @mr_lincoln! There is a known sitewide issue where all items are showing zero views. If any seller is running into this issue they can reach out to customer support here and have their account added to the open ticket. Just let them know that your account is experiencing ALERT14269. We also have our tech board updated with the latest tickets here.
