When did that start?? I just spent my ebay bucks on one of my other stores - I NEVER signed up for any program for that - got the bucks - Just checked my ebay bucks on my 2nd store which actually I generally don't buy on that ID - have a few sheckles there. Went into this store where I spent quite a bit of money last quarter and it shows nothing. I call ebay - c/s service informs me that Ihave no ebay bucks there to spent because I never signed up. WHAT??? That was my buying store. Shoot I bought an Iphone last month for gods sake and your telling me I get no credit for that? Really? Guess what ebay I will never buy one single thing on this website ever again. I could have bought what I bought on Amazon cheaper buy being the stupid die hard loyal customer I buy here first. That's over.

Yep, you do have to sign up. You know both accounts are signed up when you get double e-mail messages every day.

A buyer has always had to sign up for Ebay Bucks. It was never automatic.
Sorry you were unaware but it was not Ebay's fault. That's just the long standing policy. Many find much less variety and more expensive prices on Amazon.

You're not supposed to sign up on more than one account

Can I earn eBay Bucks on multiple accounts?
No. There is a maximum of one (1) eBay account per person that can be enrolled in the eBay Bucks Rewards Program. Members are not allowed to have or create multiple eBay Bucks accounts to circumvent the quarterly earn limit, and it is also not permitted to combine or transfer your earn balance from one account to another.
Great catch, @lyan9337. So it wouldn't have done the OP any good if he had signed up. OP, to avoid this, just be sure to purchase using the account that does get Ebay Bucks.

Last I knew, you could stop getting eBay buck if you so choose.
OP could close out in one, then sign up in the other if there really is a restriction

Well it's news to me and very stupid on ebay's part I think
doesn't matter - water under the bridge now
just went to amazon and bought what I needed in 2 seconds
it shouldn't matter who spends there money on ebay - maybe that's why there are no sales here anymore
excuse the post

FYI - I had ebay bucks in 2 different accounts just not the 3rd and I've NEVER tried to circumvent or transfer or do anything shady with ebay. They got me this time - won't happen a 2nd time

absolutely not - you can't find a post by me EVER recommending A. I'm just hopping mad. When all these years I have gone out of my way to make sure if I'm spending money I do it here to support other sellers since thing are already so bad. This is a terrible policy towards a good buyer. Like I said - won't happen again.

"By just having eBay bucks on two accounts you're doing something shady according to policy."?
Ive been here 19 years - what a shame good buyers are treated like the criminals
