You have 2 questions to answer - where?

I have one listing with a You have 2 questions to answer  flag. But in my eBay message there are no open questions, and not a single question about that item. 

Are the question hidden elsewhere? Is that common? Is that a bug? How can I clear that? 

The listing is GTC and because of 400+ items sold I like to keep it.

I've had the opposite problem. I'm not notified there is a question until I go to seller hub and see a message. I answer the message and it won't disappear so I have to mark it as read.

Near your item, click on the #2 where it says how many questions you have, it should take you to any questions. Often the question expired or it is from correspondence you had from the buyer/person interested, and every email is counted as question, even if they just answered "Thank you".

That link brings me to the My eBay message page. There are no messages there. Zero, nill, nada, nix, 0. It seems to be an eBay bug. 

The listing is from 2015 but I like to keep it because of the nice items sold number.
