I've had a few, and just about always know what's coming from the first email they send. Have another one of those now.

I wish I could just issue a refund from the get-go before I even ship the item,  but Ebay probably wouldn't like that 😄

I don't know before they start acting up but some people are just annoying, I agree. 

• Hitting me with messages after every order. "I just left you good feedback. I would appreciate getting good feedback from you right away."  (One guy sends it every time)
• When is my package coming? (Tracking is posted in your order details.)
• Are you going to give me a tracking number (10 minutes after placing the order)
• I didn't get my package.  (Tracking says delivered) "oh it was in the back of my mailbox"
• I didn't get my package.  (Tracking says delivered)  Never responds.
• Opens a case.  I didn't get my package. (Tracking says it's delivered or going to be delivered tomorrow by USPS)   Never responds.

Yes. I prefer buyers to contact me before they buy, so I can check them out.

Hey 99% of buyers are great but then we have 1% that are PITAs and we unfortunately have to deal with them. Snark not necessary as this is a great seller - who's having one of those days like we all do.

Unless you've ever sold to a pita buyer, you wouldn't know what we're talking about.
This has nothing to do with pleasing the seller, and everything to do with experiencing bad transactions previously, and recognizing those before they even happen.

Thank you, I appreciate your offering to help. This is just one of those situations where someone either did not read the item description, or is just hoping for a credit/refund, or just enjoys being difficult lol

I sent my response to their complaint, and just waiting for their reply or the ebay dispute to arrive. 

I'll just breathe deep and hope for the best 🙂
