You cannot list items on eBay.com and eBay.ca or select the United States or Canada as your shipping location. The restriction will be removed when you enhance the buyer experience.

Do you have a question?
OP is in Israel I suspect their account was restricted/suspended for drop shipping.

You do seem to have a bit of a problem with feedback, although one of those negatives is incorrect, since the buyer said they liked the item. But, it seems like you will have a problem enhancing the buyer experience if you are not allowed to sell.

Yep, 3rd party DS, most likely from Amazon. Their only listing shows up about 30 times on that site. More and more sellers from that area overseas are being suspended. They obviously ignore the rules and this is the result. Sad.

Looks like you're dropshipping from Amazon?

Anybody knows the solution to this error??
08-24-2023 05:18 AM
What "error" would that be, exactly?
And, given the age of the original inquiry here, you might do better to just start your own thread and explain your problem in detail.

It is not an error. Not in the OP's case and, if it's happened to you now, not in yours. You are in Pakistan, as is OP, with product supposedly shipping from Greenwood, Indiana. Such dropshipping fun and games will get you every time.

They can still sell, just not on .com or .ca

I don't think there is a solution because it's not an error. If you cannot follow the rules, you cannot sell here. That's it.
Here's a link they may explain better:
Drop shipping and product sourcing
"However, listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customerisnotallowedoneBay.Activity that doesn’t follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including but not limited to: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, loss of buyer or seller protections, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account."
Have a great day!

What sort of childish reply is this..
Have you ever heard of 'Having a warehouse in the USA and Shipping items' from there??
If you think this business model is a game, then all I can say Thank you very much for spending a few sec. writing the reply.

How did you come to the conclusion that I am doing Drop shipping of that sort?? In my case, I was shipping from my own warehouse. I have a contract with it to store my inventory and ship the items.

If you are being restricted from listing items on eBay.com, specifically, then it is probably because of this new policy:
There are some suggestions on that page, for what you might be able to do about this, and there are more suggestions here:
Since you are selling to buyers in the USA, and using a warehouse in the USA to store your items, this may also be relevant. There are a number of requirements that sellers have to meet, in order to be allowed to use forward-deployed inventory;
Warehouse Service Standard Policy:

You're location of your items were in the US. You are in Pakistan. That's drop shipping. Sellers need to have their items in their possession to give better customer service. Did you fly in every day to Greenwood, Indiana USA and ship your items personally? My guess is no. That's drop shipping.
Wishing you good luck with other opportunities.
