I made a wish about getting more feedbacks and Ebay listened. I want to make another wish: can my sales stop dropping? I am down by 30% in the past 2 weeks and it doesn’t stop going down. Ebay seemed to place some brake on my sales and they drop drastically especially pats couple days (4).

Ebay didn't listen to your 'wish' for feedback. It's all about the people and if they feel like giving it. It's the eb/flo of online sales (your sales) just like it's the eb/flo of feedback. Ebay does not do anything to change either of those things. If they did, you would sell 100000 items a day because they would make a fortune and that is the sole reason for its existence.

How do your Feb/March sales in 2022 compare with 2019? with 2018?
DH used to have that problem when he didn't deal with many customers in our (now closed for retirement) shop. If he wasn't making sales he felt we were going under.
When I started working for him, I put daily sales into the daybook by category. At the end of the week, I calculated the weekly totals. At the end of each month I calculated the monthly totals.
This had two effects. The first was that DH could see that although he had not dealt with many of our high rollers in a given week, the rest of the staff had been selling lower value goods steadily. And we were in fact making money.
More important in the long run, we could compare month to month. (Anything shorter is too much subject to other variables- weather, how many tourist buses hit town that week, public service paydays, school holidays.)
We learned that our summer sales were heavy on hobby supplies and postcards and that December was a terrible month for sales but come Boxing Day we headed into our busiest and most profitable sales period.
So do your comps based on the long term and if it is slow, that's a good time to take a deep breath and do some listing of stuff you didn't get around too in the busy weeks.

All consumers are under a bit of financial stress right now as they adjust to increasing inflation. The platform isn't suppressing sales. It's all about everyone being cost conscious right now.
Hang in there!!!

BTW - going only by feedback, in the past 30 days you have left over 50 feedback, which is about the same as you have left every month since last March.

Ebay does not stop you from selling. We see your car parts and if we want them, we buy them. Your feedback has nothing to do with anything. If a buyer wants to leave feedback a buyer will leave feedback. Ebay does not stop buyers from giving feedback.

“Ebay does not stop you from selling.”
Yes they do. They direct traffic to your store or away from it as they feel like it. The demand is always there.
feedback has everything to do with how Ebay goes about it like whether Ebay actually doesn’t glitch when buyer wants to leave feedback or whether my requests is received by buyer. I don’t know all these things buy]t Ebay does. And so they changed something recently and finally I get feedback more frequently than I used to. All you guys do all day is deny deny deny even when it doesn’t make sense; not helpful at all.

It is not about feedback I leave but the one I receive.

But ''wishing'' is helpful and makes total sense.............
Wish away, it sure can't hurt LOL

I used to think feedback had everything to do with sales also but it certainly does NOT. I have had multiple negative feedbacks all at one time and it did not effect my sales. You cannot compare sales from day to day or week to week or even 30 days for that matter. The best way to compare your sales is year over year or every 90-180 days. You also cannot compare sales for the last 2-3 years since the amount of money that was pumped into the system. For example, this week I had 39 sales on monday, 4 on tuesday, 19 wednesday and so far today 18. It's all about averages at the end of the day. As much as you want to think that feedback effects your sales, it does not. I know you won't believe me but take a look at the top stores on eBay and see how much negative feedback they have and ask them if it's effecting their sales. I have another store and I had a negative feedback that put me under 80% & I was still making sales like normal. List more items, edit your listings and make them better. Better photos, better descriptions etc... It also doesn't help with the current state of the entire planet right now either.

thanks. I see it bothers you.
Really? And how do you see that?
To be honest, until I saw some of your replies to others I thought this was a ''joke'' post, just missing a sarcasm font LOL, but as I said, if wishing is working, please...........carry on

“until I saw some of your replies to others”.
seriously? My replies came after others replies. What did you think when you read what others replied? It seems like only my replies bother you but not others

It is not about feedback I leave but the one I receive.
Assuming you leave feedback on shipment, you are making about 50 transactions a month just as you have been for the past year.
