Hi, go to the Help & Contact page and scroll down to the options located in the light blue rectangle. Select one of the options. A new page will open in a new tab. Scroll all the way to the bottom to the text in a grey rectangle titled "Need More Help". There should be an option to have eBay call you on the left.

I use eb's guaranteed delivery, although I have had mixed reviews from buyers. I guarantee to my buyers that their item will not arrive by eb's estimated delivery date.

I don't see the benefit for Sellers. You pay Buyers money when items don't arrive on time. I would never guarantee anything that's out of my control. Right now USPS is a total mess and millions of packages are backlogged.
