Wrong user ID

I just recently noticed that when I make purchase, my e-mail notification  is sent to me with the name NORTH on it. That is not my user I.D or real name. any ideas?

Ebay gets the name from the information YOU submitted to them in your account settings. 

Find the errors you made and correct them:

Change your password. Have you seen any suspicious activity on your account other than the name thing?
