There is no window that opens up to a listing with item specifics. This is a constant problem for over a year. Sometimes the window is 2" wide, other times it's 1/2" wide. Right now, there is no window opening at all.

Try clearing your browsing and cached history. Lots of times this will clear up the issues you may be having.

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you use another browser?

As @eburtonlab says, the browser that you use and the pace of browser updates will affect your listing experience.  If I have an issue using MS Edge, I'll switch to Google Chrome, and then Vivaldi.  They are all based on the same basic browser, but sometimes one will work where another will not.
