With Ebay Customer Service, who needs Enimies!

My store page (another ID), has shown 0 Zero listings for the past 3 days. Seller Hub shows I have 970 active listings.

On the phone several times a day with CS and they can't find or fix the issue.

Each time I call they pass me to someone else who checks with a supervisor who opens a ticket and then and then and then!

Thank you for calling Ebay.

It might be helpful for you to know if others can see your listings but you would have to post with that ID. There have been situations where others could see them but the seller couldn't.

Sorry, OP, can't resist.

Ebay has confirmed the issue. They are just incapable of fixing it.

Where are you located? Try changing your buyer ship-to zip code on the shipping tab.

As another poster said, it's hard to help when we can't see the account in question.

I wonder if items are being blocked because you need to adjust them to eBay catalog? On HUB click listings at the top and the requires product, are there any requiring product update? What are you selling can you insert a hyperlink to your other id so we can check?

Are you possibly in AK, HI or PR? There have been reports from sellers in those places not being able to see their listings unless they change their zip to somewhere in the lower 48
Reality is the leading cause of stress.
