You do NOT lose your current Ebay password if you switch devices.

I upgraded to Win10 years ago, I don't recall needing a new password. If you're installing on the same machine you've been using it should be a seamless transition.
We seem to be getting closer and closer to a situation where nobody is responsible for what they did but we are all responsible for what somebody else did. - Thomas Sowell

Your saved passwords should still remain after the upgrade. I suggest you write your passwords down and put them in a safe place just in case.

If you're purchasing a new computer you will need to get you're passwords off the old one which varies depending what browser you use. A Google search of said topic will help you.
If you're moving from Windows 7 or 8 to Windows 10 things should be fine however its still important to keep you're passwords written down someplace as device failures can and do happen. Generally speaking anything in the "User" folder(s) is left untouched by any Windows upgrade.
