Will my canceled shipping label give me a refund?

I sold a CRT for around $150 and purchased a shipping label with automated dimensions. This was a mistake since it was a little over $80. I canceled and purchased a new label for $16. Due to fees and taxes, this left me with a twenty cent profit.

I canceled the first label in the first hour of making it. It was never printed or used on the box. When I check its shipping status, I see that both shipping labels show a delivered status on USPS's tracker. 
I am unsure if USPS will give a refund now because of an error. I am worried about waiting to see and would like advice if possible.

It would be very unfortunate if I got only a 0.1% cut of my sale. That CRT had an emotional value and I needed the money.

USPS will refund you in 2-3 weeks when they ensure the label hasn't been used. You will see it in your transaction details, no email or notification will be issued.

You need to go to your Shipping Label page and make sure the label was cancelled.  If you did not cancel it, I am not sure you will get a automatic refund.

@stephenmorgan Shipping label refunds are NOT automatic they take 2-3 weeks.

That's good to know. I was really worried there. I for sure did not use the label or even print it. I have learned my lesson on letting Ebay automatically set shipping dimensions and weight.

It is there currently, but it is labeled as "Cancellation requested".

"Cancellation requested" means you submitted the cancellation. Sit tight and wait for the refund.

This means you asked to cancled the label and you should get a refund in two to three weeks as long as the label has not been used.
