eBay does not support the sale of digital items. eBay was designed for sales of physical, tangible items, and the eBay policies were developed for sales of physical, tangible items.
eBay does not allow the sale of digital items, except in very limited and restricted situations. Your listings do not qualify to be allowed.
eBay does not provide any way for sellers to deliver digital items. Your listings are in the category for physical, tangible video games, so you are supposed to ship something physical and tangible to your buyers. You listed them on eBay.com, which is eBay USA. Global sellers (outside the USA) who sell on eBay USA can't purchase shipping labels through eBay. You need to buy the shipping labels from the post office or a courier service in your country.

To sell digital items, you have to own the item or have the rights to sell them.
You don't own the gaming items or have the right to sell them.

I would encourage you as a new seller NOT to do this or your time frame on eBay will be a short one. Selling digital items you don't own the rights to is restricted as others have posted and you are setting your self up for a suspension.
Have a great day.

@Anonymous , you are not good. Sellers cannot provide outside contact information in their listings. You have provided two methods to achieve this. In addition, it also violates eBay’s most sensitive policy—encouraging off-site selling. If you value your selling privileges, you must bring your selling activities into compliance. See links to policies below:

I'm sorry, but you misunderstood them. That is not correct.

I had to contact support about the same issue and was told three different things by the same person "Ankit"
1. Told me to list my items in "DDG" category (DDG is Digitally Delivered Goods) to sell digital items. Electronically delivered goods can only be listed by eBay approved sellers and must follow our policy.
2. Said they misspoke and to forget about DDG and I would have to sell it in the Classified Ads category.
3. Then he said as a "workaround" If i was searching on Ebay, and came across anyone selling digital designs like what I wanted to offer, just use the "Have one to sell? Sell Now" option. And I would be ok to list my items..... Needless to say, I don't feel confident in any information he gave me at all.
I've seen several people say you can't sell digital products but for what I sell digital PNG's, SVG's so I know it can be done but you just get the runaround to getting a straight answer.

Unless eBay approved you, which is high unlikely, digitally delivered goods are prohibited to sell. Just because others are doing the same doesn't mean they won't be caught. eBay watches very carefully as so many violate copyrights and trademarks which is libelous and could cost them a hefty lawsuit. Re-think your selling practices & be careful.

That's part of the problem, if it's prohibited the support that works for them doesn't know. I contacted them back but chose to talk with them directly. Once they called, I went through my previous inquiry, I asked about the approval process, and I was told I have to register for new categories such as, I was a link to register https://cloud.forbusiness.ebay.com/new_categories?mkevt=1&mkdid=4&mkcid=29&bu=44618546625&trkId=1344... but the link they sent has nothing to do with digital property. She placed me back on hold once I told her that, and after another brief hold as she checked with her "mentors". Once she came back to the phone and literally told me that it's ok to upload my digital designs as long as they don't infringe on any copyrights. There are no clear answers, yes I will be careful, thank you.

I'm curious how it worked out for you, I want to sell digital photographs I take myself and I am going through the same runaround. Did you get it figured out?
