Will ebay remove negative feedback for TRS after a refund (buyer's remorse)

I got negative feedback because she is unhappy to pay the shipping fees to return (buyer's remorse). eBay confirmed that I'm not at fault in this situation.  If I refund the amount ebay's requests since I've received it ( exclude the shipping fee), will eBay remove the negative feedback? As a top-rated seller with a 30-day return policy, I was told by customer service that the feedback would be removed after the case is closed, as part of my perks. However, I'm concerned because I know the feedback doesn't violate any policies. Could you please verify if this is correct?

Please see the policy I google it, is that correct and applied to my situation?

If they are TRS, offer returns, accept the return, and refund then any negative feedback that you leave will be automatically scrubbed. It is a seller "perk".

As I'm confident you know, you are still an active seller on Ebay.  You have almost 2,000 active listings.  Why would you consider leaving Ebay.  It appears your sales are very good.  What is going on for you that has you feeling this way?

FYI, that most recent negative you have, you should be able to get removed.  Your buyer is mistaken, the offer process does NOT include shipping.  Their offer [a lowball offer IMHO] of $725 per the rules of Ebay does NOT include shipping.  So if you contact Ebay before it gets too old, it should get removed.

Another note: The post you were responding to was in part complaining about their inability to call Ebay and get anyone to answer.  Ebay has not had their traditional Call Center since the Pandemic, which is why they were unable to get someone to answer.  There is however several ways in which to contact Ebay.

********************************************************************************************************

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/ebay

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
