a customer has left me my first negative feedback, I have talked with the customer and agreed to a full refund without return as the sweater was way shrunk and unsellable, I sent the feedback revision request, and the customer then tells me they don't have access to the email on there eBay and to send it to a different email they provided, does eBay not send it to their profile aswell as email? I am not able to send it to a different email nor am I able to send another revision request at all. This exact question was answered in 2017 as a no there is no way possible to have a revision request resent. Only if you have the buyer that has agreed to revise their feedback calls eBay themselves and spends several hours most likely on the phone with reps there may be a chance. I had this dream of being the best possible store owner with 100% feedback forever, it is possible there are many high selling eBayers with 100% feedback take technsports for example. I would refund any customer make it right however I could keep that 100% as it is a huge goal for me, but not I'm going to have to keep a negative feedback for the simple reason that ebay's system is flawed? Is this not one of the most rediculous rules on eBay? Do I have a chance if I spend several hours on the phone and get my blood boiling high enough to cook some macaroni? Please eBay fix this issue.

Sounds like the buyer is avoiding being co-operative by giving you lame excuses. Sorry. If the can sign on their computer and purchase the item with a payment method, opening their email messages can't be much harder. The only thing I can recommend is that you follow up with a professional reply and state you did try to make the transaction right. Sorry for your experience. Honestly I don't think 1 negative is going to make a difference. You've got nice shop, great photos and 99.8% of your buyers appear to sing your praises! Again, Good luck to you.

Talking on the phone with Ebay CS is futile, as they are clueless and that's why you were on the phone with them so long.
Go here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/home
Type in feedback or revise feedback and the follow the directions. Send a request to the buyer who left the comment. This revision should show up in their ebay"messages" link and they can go from there.
Good luck.

I have read all of the linked articles already and no solution was found for this issue as you can only send 1 revision request per transaction. Which I already have. If it is showing up in their messages aswell than the buyer that left me negative feedback might not have a clue how to work eBay as I've already asked them to double check their messages twice now.

You may have to wear this FB if the buyer does not know how it is done - perhaps just leave a calm and factual reply to this buyers FB.
You are up to 4 FB revisions already - AFAIK you only get 5 per year, so use them wisely.

9109 reviews at 100% feedback, your a perfect example of what I hope to achieve on eBay your doing a fantastic job my friend. I know there must be a way to get it removed even with them being uncooperative, I will full refund and call till I get a rep that will hopefully help me if I have to. There just must be a way.

Yes it was very upsetting finding out I only get 5 a year after I already wasted 4 on neutrals, If you have over 1000 a year you are eligible for more though which is nice to know but doesn't help that I could get another negative by time I'm eligible for more. Another rough one to try and swallow

That is correct. Only 1 per transaction and 3 (or was it 5?) per year.

Suggested feedback:
"I wish you had contacted me first. Sizing is different from brand to brand. A MEDIUM in one brand may be a different size than a MEDIUM in another brand. Please contact me for a return/refund."

I’ve never used a single feedback revision, on any of 3 IDs over 18 years.
You needed 5 this year because….?

Why on earth is everyone comforting, advising, and complimenting the OP on their feedback?
It’s a bit manipulated with all of those revisions, and why would anyone (regular seller, not a mega store) need so many in a single year?

No compliment from me, just a suggestion, which is what these boards are for.
Whether my suggestion works or not remains to be seen........
