Will I get in trouble for trying to sell this jacket?

I'm going to be listing a men's jacket. It's Carhartt style and has a legitimate looking Carhartt label on the front of it, but it so obviously NOT a Carhartt. I will be listing it as Unbranded. So my question is...Is it ok to list a knock-off if you call it Unbranded and if I DON'T  include 'Carhartt' anywhere in the title or description?IMG_20250112_133947653.jpg

You could carefully remove the fake Carhartt label and just list it as a tasteless, violence-themed Russian-style jacket that most people outside of Russia wouldn't wear in public (or in private).

Unfortunately, I think there are a lot of people in this country who would wear that with pride. 😖

Just cut the tag off and sell it, that isn't a Carhart design and the only problem is the tag.

I don't think your target market for that would care if it was unbranded.
