Will I get a defect, in error?

So, a few days ago, someone bought a dress and asked to be refunded right away.   I think they changed their mind.  The reason was for buyers request and it was before item was shipped.    I refunded and relisted the item.  No issues.   

 

A couple of days later, the same scenario, different buyer and item, I refunded.  However, for this particular item, even though it shows the order has been cancelled, it is still also telling me I need to ship and that I am now late to ship according to my handling time.

 

Will this result in a defect even though I, obviously, do not need to ship this cancelled order?   Do I need to contact EBAY about  it?   The defect metric does not show up on my seller dashboard because the time frame for the defect is not yet showing.  (Dated through 04.30)

You should not get a defect. Watch your dashboard to make sure - it updates once a week - but you should be fine.
