a pair of AirPods that I listed were taken down. I’m confused why it said it was due to authentication reasons when I’ve sold and shipped out in the past so what was different about this time due to this mistake? My account won’t be able to list things for 10 daysThis is very unacceptable.

It is very unacceptable to sell something suspected as being inauthentic.

You might be able to appeal the 10 days if you can prove to Apple they're authentic and have Apple fax that to eBay. Then you would still have to get an email from eBay giving you permission to list them.
