When we still didn't shipped the items, cause the item is no longer available, But when I clicked the cancel button it says your payment didn't go through try a different payment method.

Are you the seller or the buyer? If you provide more details than you can get some good advice on how best to proceed....

You should always cancel the item BEFORE you sell something if it is no longer available. Are you saying you sold something and now want to cancel the order ?
