Why no Top Rated Plus symbol in the search results anymore?

I searched some items I have up and they are not showing the Top Rated Plus symbol next to the picture/title in the search listings?  Was that taken away?  It's not just me either, I searched another seller who qualifies for it and it's the same thing.

I had changed my return policy to two weeks, buyer pays returns, and my TRS did not show. I changed it back to 30 days seller pays and it shows now. I don't think it shows it we alter any requirements.

Yes that is correct.  You have to meet the handful of requirements, one of which is the 30 days returns.

I didn't see it in your list of items for sale (it is on the individual listing if I open one), nor did I see it for any other seller if I search one of your items among all listings.

Just three to have your listings qualify for TRS Plus.

1.   Currently rated TRS

2.  Free Returns [30-60 days w/ seller pays shipping]

3.  1 Day Handling time

You can have some listing qualify and others that don't.  Completely up to the seller.
