Why my listing dosen't show on the search result

Hi, I am a new seller on ebay and still learning how to do it right. 

I have posted a listing and then tried to search it with different key words, but no luck at all.

My listing was 2019 China Taishan Mountain Commemorative Coin NGC First Day Issue as it shown in the photo.

I have no ideas on how to do it right, tried to modify the title many times already...

Do anyone has any ideas or experience on how to sort this problem?

Every time you edit a listing, eBay must re-index the listing for search - and that an take up to 24 hours.

That aside ... 

We cannot help you determine why you cannot find your listing with a given set of search terms unless you tell us (a) what search terms you are using;  and (b) the item number you are expecting to find with them. 

There are many legitimate reasons why an item cannot be found in search, but we need  specific example in order to troubleshoot it.

Is there such a thing as "first day issue" with a coin?  I thought that was for postage stamps?

You are in China.......and the usual problem is shipping.....so an item doesn't show up in the US if you don't have shipping specified to the US.......  likewise, it won't show up in China if you don't have local shipping specified.
