Try going to “Your Account” and selecting “Log off” option. Just closing the app will not work. When you log back into eBay, you should see your items.
Items older than 3 months are being archived by eBay. I am not happy with that!
if you still can’t see your items, you might need to call someone technical at eBay.
Good Luck!

You may want to provide a more descriptive explanation of the problems you're encountering.
Do you mean your sold item listings are not showing up on your "sold listings" display? Do you mean the payments from those sold listings have not shown up in your PayPal or bank account?
It's difficult for other members to help you if they have to guess at what you're talking about . . .

@terryfromin I'll take a guess as to the problem with the limited info you gave.
I see that you are now in managed payments. Your money will no longer to go PayPal. Did you finish signing up for managed payments and provide your checking account information?
Paypal spoiled us because they used to front the money before it cleared the buyer's funding source, Adyen the managed payments funds processor does not.
If eBay says that it's time to ship then you need to ship.
You can use pending funds to pay for your shipping labels. The option is at the bottom of the label form.
Check here to see if the buyer's payment says processing>

Logging out of and back into eBay is not going to help the OP find a sold listing or determine where their payments are.

With MANAGED PAYMENTS is takes 3-5 days before money appears in your checking account. EBAY deducts shipping & EBAY fees (whatever is leftover is deposited into your bank account).
