Why is there no "other" block to select with a problem

getting to a human is impossible as well as getting the correct box selected for the problem I have.

Buyer made a purchase (hasn't paid yet) and sent a followup message asking me for something that my ad clearly states is brand new and never worn.   I sent them a note back stating no that I wouldn't do that and I will cancel the order.    I think that there id needs to be flagged.   I can't believe that I am the first person to get a request like this.

You can report the buyer for making a demand not included in the listing (link) then you can cancel as "buyer requested" since the buyer is saying they do not want to complete the sale with the agreed upon terms. No need to speak with CS.
