Did eBay hire a junior engineer fresh out of grad school and have them design the new layout? it is HORRIBLE!!! How do I get the old one back? Why is everything SO DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE NOW? I feel as if eBay want's to make me angry... they have succeeded!
This is "New Coke" bad!
Sincerely,
Richie Dotson

If you're referring to the Seller Hub, it is now the new normal.
With that being said... I've been using Seller Hub for forever and find that it's very easy to navigate and is really user-friendly. Don't be afraid to play around with it... hit some hot buttons, etc. You can't break it. Good luck.

I am having way more trouble with "unexpected error" & "we looked everywhere" than figuring out where the navigation links are.

I don't know why they did this, but it annoys me too.
It's ugly, hard on the eyes and wastes time.
eBay likes to waste seller's time for some reason.
Passive aggression?

kind of you to answer.
However, thats not what she asked.
I am struggling with the seller hub.
Specifically, I cant get my active items to show on one page.
In short, its nonfunctional, it doesnt work.
I dont like it.
the people who respond..."use up your time, you are going to (or will learn to) like it"
Its like this, I dont like creamed peas. I tried them, I dont like them.
Im never going to be crazy about creamed peas.
If Forced, I may be able to put lots of hot sauce on them and choke them down.
I still dont like them.
I feel the same way about the seller hub.
Two hours today, three yesterday, I have been able to end some items, put 1 new item up, and relist one item.
Maybe the best thing to do is walk away.
Is five hours enough time to play around?
I still cant see my items and views on one screen.

I’ve never heard of creamed peas and I’m not in a hurry to ever try them! 😂
There is no one here that can answer the op’s question as it is unlikely that eBay will allow sellers to ‘go back’ to the other view. I understand how frustrating it is to suddenly have the system that you use changed without warning and it seems that eBay is good at doing that. In some cases a change may seem unworkable but I think that other posters are simply saying that the sellers hub is workable so don’t give up. Speaking for myself I get irritated as heck by constant changes that often seem unnecessary but since the only options are to figure out the best way to work with it or to quit selling, I choose to work with it.
I’m not sure why it is taking so much time to do a few things but if you can be specific about the issues perhaps someone will have a suggestion.

re. "new layout"
The eBay site has THOUSANDS of pages.
Which "layout" are you referring to?

Go to the 'listings' tab, hit 'active listings' and there they are - you can see up to 200 listings per page (choose number at the lower right hand corner of your listings page). Are your listings simply not appearing on the 'active listings' page?

At the bottom of the active listings page https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active choose the number of items to show - from 50 to 200.

I'm still scrolling to the bottom of the page 😵. This is one way of getting carpal tunnel. Wish they would give us a choice.

Hit "page down" - you get directly to the box @southern*sweet*tea shows - how many listings you want to have shown (25, 50, 100, 200) can be set and it will display that until you change it again. The 'active listings' under the 'listings' tab gives you your basic selling page. 'Overview' gives you your basic, well, overview so you can see what you need to do. Just work out from there and in no time you'll be used to the seller hub. May as well get started now because I do know that eBay has a finite limit to how long they'll support utilities they no longer use. This way you can fiddle around with the page (takes an hour or so to see the basics), then set it up to show you what YOU want it to show.

I agree with you. The guy who likes it seems to pipe in like all attention-starved public forum “look how smart I want you to think so am” people. It appears that this eBay “community” is no different or helpful than any other opinion and attention pool. Ain’t anonymity grand?...

The old layout is archaic at best. Just something you are familiar with. Keep working with Seller Hub and after you get familiar with it, you will never want to go back.
