Not sure why you are seeing that "not secure" warning when editing your store. Do you see that on other pages as well? Or when using other browsers?
On the buying end of things, I navigated to your store and I see a secure connection without any errors or warnings using recent versions of Firefox, Edge, Chrome and Opera, and your buyers should be able to do so as well.

I agree with the other poster. I see your stuff just fine and it is secure. It could be the browser you are using or maybe there is an issue with your firewall that you have on your computer.
Try a different browser and see if it resolves. I'm using Chrome and like I said, I see your stuff just fine. No warning.

It's secure to buyers. This is the URL looking at your main store page.
You are showing a screenshot of your editing page, where some things (like images) are not secure. Look at the URL:

I've used multiple browsers, I've used different computers, different wifi networks and it comes up when I manage my store or create a markdown sale.
Also when using a phone (NOT THE APP) and looking at any of my items if you click READ MORE it directs you to the a completely different website. Please advise.

What does, "site not secure" have to do with your assumption it's causing sales to drop?

That has nothing to do with ebay, that is your web browser. It will not say secure until your on a page that your actually giving over sensitive info like payment info or like a checkout page. Has nothing to do with ebay or your ebay account.

This is not a new change. It was announced a couple years ago in a seller update. I think it has something to do with google chrome browser specifically? eBay pages are secured. google 2017 seller updates or google eBay secures pages changes?
Good Luck Selling!

File Exchange pages are not secure either and have been that way for a long time. Doesn't matter what browser or computer is used.

Why is my site not secure / Sales are down as a result
IMHO your sales are not down as a result of insecure content on a page that buyers do not see.

I can draw a rational parallel and conclusion that when a potential buyer see's this alert on their phone when looking at my item under "read more" on my listings it seemingly would deter them.
