Hackers compromised vi.vipr.ebaydesc.com and were hosting phishing sites on it. I'm using Norton ConnecSafe DNS. When I visit eBay and view listings, the malicious part

That thread is from 2016. I would imagine things have been corrected, otherwise the boards would be exploding with complaints.
