There seems to be a serious lack of communication between the tech department and customer service . Somebody isn't doing their job correctly or we would be given clearer more precise and HELPFUL answers . What it boils down to is they just don't care all that much IMO. They're going to collect their fees and in FULL regardless of the sub standard service they provide . We can threaten to go elsewhere to conduct business until the cows come home but again they don't care all that much if we actually go . In other business ventures ,, like apartment building owners as just one example . If the landord / owner fails to fix broken heating , leaky roofs or other negative issues renters can usually withhold part of or whole of the rent until the problems are fixed . I'm not suggesting this recourse for e bay sellers because these gliches are not a life or death situation ,, but it would be nice if we legally had the option to pay only a portion of our fees until the major problems that could be costing us sales and money were fixed . tulips
