Why is eBay making things so difficult?

HELP! I have been a customer of ebay for over 20 years. EBay, like many other companies, has this strange ability to make changes to the website or app for no apparent logical reason. In the past five years alone they they have changed their packing slip set up, about five times. Why?!?!?! This last change might be considered better but they removed the consecutive packing slip number that they have always had! I am so frustrated with eBay, but I digress.

Since disabling the telephone service, after several months, finally added a call back service. All of a sudden, the two links that I had to request a call back are no longer active. I don't like to chat online because I am not a fast typist. If you don't Supply them with a reply within a period of a couple of minutes, they close the chat on you! Even when I told them I'm a slow typist and please don't disconnect me, of course, they do! Please tell me how to get in touch with a live human representative that I can talk to over the telephone, I don't care if I have to call a number or if they have to call me back. I just like to be able to talk to a LIVE human being!

P.S. just to show you how screwed up eBay really is, when I entered the message tags for this message oh, it said to separate with a comma. I separated each tag and when I hit the post button, an error message came up telling me that I cannot use commas and they need to be removed. This may not be a problem caused by eBay but by Khoros, but this is a perfect example of what eBay does!

I removed all of the commas and guess what???? Error message comes up telling me that there are commas that need to be removed!

According to your eBay profile you have been a member since 5/21/2015. Can you post under your 20 year ID so we can tell from your feedback under that ID what type of  feedback issues you have experienced. Please keep in mind the C.S. reps you chat with read from prepared scripts and are not very well versed on eBay policy.

EBay is 26 years old. So far the longest “tenure” I’ve seen is 30 years. This by a U.S. seller. Clearly math education is lacking  in this country 😅😅😅
