Why eBay won’t let me open unpaid item case? Buyer purchased an item but still no payment. Purchase date Jan 21st, it’s the 27th today and I’m still trying to report an unpaid item but to no avail. I’m confused as to why I get this response “ Unpaid Item Assistant will open a case for this item on Feb 22, 2021 if payment hasn't been recorded”.. why is that? I checked if there’s already an open case, nothing!
