Why doesnt this markdown manager actually MARK DOWN the promtions?

U take the time do these and the system says active but doesn't actually discount the product?

This thing Sucks . Why didn't they get the bugs out before forcing everyone to deal with Their MISTAKES . IT'S RIDICULOUS.
